This sprint was primarily focused on learning and growing, despite all the challenges. The whole team was fully energized and quite clear about their respective work. Workshops held in the first two sprints have immensely helped us in developing our backend and frontend. This enabled us to transform our design and ideas into real functioning software, marking our exciting start to our coding adventure and setting a ground-level foundation.
We were so thrilled to share our ground-level frontend design with our community partner, collect the requirements, and approve them. During the meeting, we had to deal with changing requirements, which was a bit challenging for us. Our community partner added the requirement (adding the success story) which was not mentioned during the first meeting. We had to brainstorm and find a possible solution of how the new feature can be added to the existing system that we were making. Through the team’s collaboration and open communication, we were able to finalize the necessary changes, which helped us develop our problem-solving skills.
Throughout the challenges, our team remained supportive and motivated, which created a positive environment to drop our ideas and distribute our responsibilities equally. By working together and offering support. We were able to maintain our steady progress, ensuring everyone feels involved and valued.
Looking ahead, we intend to finalize our frontend design and make it look even more responsive. Beyond that, we are excited to develop both our technical and interpersonal skills.
