The system maintains the record of hospitals and referrals related to the organization, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups. By collecting and analyzing data, the system provides insights into patient outcomes, resource utilization and overall care effectiveness.

Sundar Dhoka Sathi Sewa is an organization dedicated to address the needs of individuals with disabilities and those marginalized by economic or social barrier. They focus on implementing comprehensive care programs that are inclusive, addressing physical, social, and emotional well-being of all individuals, regardless of their physical challenges, caste, or religion. Their primary mission is to assist disabled and critically ill children, particularly those from remote areas of Nepal who struggle to navigate the complex healthcare system in Kathmandu. They also provide holistic and high- touch education programs to the marginalized children and also deliver emergency relief during crises like natural disasters or pandemics.
