Dec 18, 2025: 4th Annual INSPIRE Conference. Step inside the fourth year of INSPIRE, featuring the dynamic 2025 Apprentice Garage Program and panel discussions among students and keynotes from Industry experts. This year brought together 26 talented students aged 18–25 from UVic, the University of Waterloo, Singapore Management University, and a remote team from Nepal. Representing fields from Software Engineering and Computer Science to Geography and Business, this diverse cohort collaborated across cultures and continents — Canada, Singapore, and Nepal — to tackle real community challenges. Throughout the program, students partnered with local organizations to co‑create solutions in education, community support, truth and reconciliation, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Their work spanned Victoria, BC and Kathmandu, Nepal, culminating in an ideathon, implementation sprint, project showcase, and a bug‑bounty competition.
