Diversity is key to innovation. Empathy is key to appreciating it. In her TEDx talk our Program Director Daniela Damian talks about the incredible, dual role of empathy in technology design for a diverse world: Not only empathy allows developers to truly learn about diverse users’ needs and lived experiences, but has a surprising effect within the development team itself — with empathy, the team can embrace diversity and leverage its true power.
