In her TEDx talk our Program Director Daniela Damian talks about the incredible, dual role of empathy in technology design for a diverse world: Not only empathy allows developers to truly learn about diverse users’ needs and lived experiences, but has a surprising effect within the development team itself — with empathy, the team can embrace diversity and leverage its true power.
